Hair Treatments: Applying chemical treatments like perms, relaxers, and color, as well as providing scalp and hair treatments.
Client Consultation: Understanding client needs and preferences to recommend appropriate styles and treatments.
Product Recommendation: Advising clients on hair care routines and recommending suitable products.
Salon Maintenance: Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and ensuring all tools are sanitized.
Staying Updated: Keeping abreast of current hair trends, techniques, and products.
Customer Service: Building relationships with clients, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience.
Scheduling and Bookings: Managing appointments and handling client bookings.
Cross-selling: Recommending hair care products or services.
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Current Cosmetology license or recent graduate of cosmetology school.
